Notice of Cancellation: 2021 Annual General Meeting and New Year Gathering

To all Senior Club members of Fuji Junior Chamber, a General Incorporated Association Dear Members, As the year draws to its close, we hope this message finds you all in the best of health. We are deeply grateful for your continued extraordinary understanding and support of the Fuji Junior Chamber Senior Club, a General Incorporated Association. We write to inform you that the "Annual General Meeting and New Year Gathering" hosted by the Senior Club — an event that has become a cherished tradition held each January — has been cancelled this year in response to the ongoing spread of COVID-19. We sincerely ask for your kind understanding that this was a difficult but necessary decision made to prevent the spread of infection among our members. The situation brought about by the spread of COVID-19 remains extremely challenging, but the Fuji Junior Chamber Senior Club and its active members are united in our determination to overcome this national hardship together. We ask for your continued understanding and support of our activities going forward. Respectfully yours, *If you have any questions, please contact the New Year Gathering Executive Committee Chair or the Senior Club Secretary-General.
