What you can gain at Fuji Junior Chamber
【Organizational Management】
In the Junior Chamber, roles and areas of responsibility change every year.
By experiencing various positions, you can accumulate practical experience that will benefit your career and personal life.
Sometimes a leader in your main job will find themselves in a supporting role, and someone with no leadership experience in their career will take on a leadership role and guide many members.
Position requirements are not determined by age, gender, company size, or experience.
【Leadership】
By working under a leader among a diverse group of members, or by taking on a leadership role yourself, you will learn what leadership truly means.
Even within the single concept of "leader," there are many types — using jogging as a metaphor: the type that races ahead, the type that encourages others as they run, the type that quietly brings up the rear, and more.
You will be able to observe many types of leaders and explore what kind of leader best suits you.
【Broader Perspective as a Business Professional】
Working toward a common goal alongside members from various industries, roles, and backgrounds of the same generation, you will encounter ways of thinking different from your own.
Are you stuck in assumptions hardened by preconceptions?
What is taken for granted in your industry may be completely foreign — or incredibly impressive — to people in other industries.
Innovation is born from the fusion of these different perspectives!
【Expanding Your Network】
Fuji Junior Chamber has more than 500 alumni (excluding those who have passed away).
You may be surprised to find that a client's president or someone you admire is one of them.
Furthermore, the Junior Chamber exists throughout Japan.
With our lateral connections, if you seek out opportunities, you can build friendships all across the country!
【Project Planning】
All projects at the Junior Chamber are built by grasping the essence of issues and considering the needs of society.
No matter how good you think an idea is, it cannot move forward unless all members are on board.
To achieve that, you must employ a range of abilities — objectivity, foresight, precision in materials, presentation skills, and more — in planning your projects.
The skills you develop there will undoubtedly serve you for a lifetime.
Many fellow members are eagerly awaiting your arrival!
