On July 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), 2026, 27 members from Fuji Junior Chamber participated in the "Summer Conference 2026" organized by Junior Chamber International Japan at Pacifico Yokohama.
The Summer Conference is an opportunity where Junior Chamber members from all over Japan gather to learn from each other about local initiatives and the future of society. Under this year's theme, "A Passionate Summer Colored Together with You: Learning with Family, My Future Self," a wide variety of programs were held, including forums, seminars, and the outdoor "Samacon Fes."
Members participated in programs based on their individual interests, gaining direct insight into initiatives being carried out in communities across the country as well as the activities of members seconded to Junior Chamber International Japan. The knowledge gained at the venue will be directly applied to our projects in Fuji City.
On the evening of the first day, Fuji Junior Chamber held a grand reception where all participants reflected on this year's activities and united their vision for the second half of the year. With significantly more attendees than in previous years, it was a fulfilling two days packed with learning and networking.
